If they don’t cut the fiber optic cable then your Internet is still up. I can’t imagine anyone breaking into a house that clearly states it has an alam system without them first cutting the phone wires. The funny thing is that switching to IP adressible on the alarm could actually be an advantage if the thief doesnt understand how Fios works.
